Sea Swept Design is the residential design practice of Jeff Sawyer.

I have lived and worked on the Outer Banks for 18 years and have seen first hand the evolution of the area. Having worked with construction companies and other design professionals through the years, I have developed a design style that will incorporate the features you are looking for along with creating a home that has a sense of excitement, flair and practicality.

I have formed working relationships with the best building contractors in the area to give you a solid basis for starting your dream project. Listening to and interpreting your ideas and wishes and creating a one of a kind custom home is my primary goal. Every effort is made to produce working drawings that will exceed your expectations and also enable the contractor to construct the home knowing that the parts will fit together, eliminating costly time in the field.
